Ultimate Staffing is recruiting for a customer service representative to join our client in the Stratford CT area. This is a full time, on-site, temp to hire role.
What's in it for you?

Experience needed:
- Order taking through inbound calls and emails
- High level of detail, able to ask questions and ensure the right product is on each order
- Strong communication via email and phone
- Data entry and computer skills - you will be entering all orders into a computer
- Ability to work full time on site Monday through Friday
- 3+ years in a call center, CSR, or similar role
