At REtokens USA Inc., led by #1 Amazon Best-Selling Author and CEO Tyler Vinson, we are on a mission to build the best, most trusted platform for tokenization and investment of real estate. We are looking for a Technical Solutions Architect to spearhead design and implement systems that enhance the productivity of our CRM, capital raising platform, and lead generation processes, ensuring scalable and seamless operations for our clients.
Your core responsibility will be to streamline systems and workflows, turning workflows into automated, efficient processes. This role will require close collaboration with our COO, CEO, and other key team players to ensure technical solutions meet our strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Design & Optimization: Build and manage workflows that streamline onboarding, lead generation, and capital-raising processes.
- Automation & Integration: Develop systems and automation for our CRM and platform, minimizing manual tasks and improving team efficiency.
- Platform Support and Onboarding: Troubleshoot technical issues for clients and investors, ensuring a smooth platform experience. Onboard new clients and investors to the platform and provide solutions for inbound client challenges.
- Documentation and Demos: Create comprehensive system documentation and training guides for internal teams and clients. Handle in-depth platform demos for technical prospects.
Key Skills:
- CRM Expertise: Experience with systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and workflow automation tools.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose system inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
- Project Management: Oversee system development from concept to execution.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with technical and business teams to implement system improvements.
- Customer Service: Provide timely support to platform users facing technical challenges.

Work Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in technical project management, system architecture, or CRM administration.
