Position Summary
Responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes. Manufacturing Engineers analyze products and methods to innovate both new and existing operations. Leveraging their expertise in a collaborative team environment, they drive enhancements that reduce cycle times, elevate product quality, and generate significant cost savings
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure product stability and support manufacturing by designing robust process capabilities, establishing standards, and continually improving the manufacturing process.
- Optimize & innovate manufacturing, production process, machine operations and overall performance.
- Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing & other departments to troubleshoot production needs.
- Upgrade systems and processes with new technology.
- Meet customer deadlines on quotes.
- Design & develop manufacturing process, tooling/fixture, work instructions, and CNC program
Qualification Requirements:
- BS degree in Engineering preferred.
- Previous experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role preferred.
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam, Part Maker).
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques (CNC equipped).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Continuous commitment to health and safety standards.
- Capable of contributing to a team effort and working independently.
