I am working with a very progressive and innovative international Dental Sales organization in trying to fill a Territory Manager opening in a Houston, TX north metro based territory. This territory includes Jersey Village, Cypress, Tomball, Spring, The Woodlands, Cleveland, NW to College Station and NE to Longview. This territory is performing at $1.1-$1.2 million in sales, but has great opportunity for growth in the 2nd half of 2024, 2025 and beyond to go over $2 million.
You will be selling to both General Dentists & Specialists in a prospecting (50%) & account management (50%) type of sales role.

Experience Desired:
-BA/BS Degree - Activities/Leadership on campus. NCAA Sports.
-4 years-8 years+ of successful outside sales experience. Prefer candidates coming from (1)Dental Sales/Medical Sales or (2)Business-to-Business sales from a Fortune 1000 company or a firm with a professional sales training program.
-Year-over-Year sales success (i.e. Top 10%-20% in the region or nationwide; Rookie of the Year; President's Club Award; Promotions).
-A "Hunter Mentality" - strong at "New Net Business" year-over-year.
-A strong financial why - very $$$ motivated; Team Oriented; Adaptable to change.
-Stability - good reasons for leaving each role.
