Our client is seeking an HR Payroll Associate to join their team! They are looking to add this role to the team to support the Payroll Sr Manager.
- Pay rate: $45 per hour
- 4-6 months with possibility of conversion to fulltime
Responsibilities:
- Send email to new hire about the process for benefits and payroll and set up time to meet on the hire day
- Enter new hire info in BambooHR and send new hire packet via BambooHR
- Complete Notice and Acknowledgment of Pay Rate(Exempt or Non-Exempt)
- Complete I-9 Form
- Send Harassment training link to new hire
- Enter termination date in Equifax- I-9 Form
- Enter termination date in John Hancock and Greenhouse
- Track employee tasks and report to Senior HR
- Review Timesheets and run reports to record OT in payroll
- Review and Run MAF C4 timesheets report for finance
- Approve employee addresses request ensure all platforms are accurate
- Track employee’s commuter changes and save them in payroll file
- Review and Download Commuter Monthly Report and save in payroll file
- Review and track employee balances – Notify Senior HR of employees’ high balance
- Download monthly invoice – Send to Senior HR for approval
- Audit EOI reports and notify Senior HR of any employee requests
- Download DBL/PFL quarterly statement and send to Senior HR to complete calculations
- Download monthly invoice – Send to Senior HR for approval
- Assist Senior HR with Group Size Survey, CAA RXDC Reporting, etc
- Take note of the monthly employee 401K changes and save in payroll file
- Audit Beneficiaries and enrollments to ensure accuracy
- Download quarterly invoices send to Senior HR for approval
- Track Professional Development form (inform Senior HR when contract needs to be in place) record spreadsheet in JPB Public Resources and send out surveys
- Maintain Subscriptions & Memberships spreadsheet.
- Save new hires Resumes and Job descriptions on the HR Secure file and BambooHR
- Assist Senior HR with year-end tasks and systems audit to ensure compliance and accurac
- Audit Public Resources HR folder to keep all files up to date
