What You’ll Do:
As the Senior Claims Manager, you will:
- Oversee operational aspects of our claims process, ensuring efficient and effective team performance.
- Manage assignment and tracking of new claims to adjusters.
- Implement and monitor strict deadlines for various tasks, driving their successful execution.
- Coach and mentor team members in optimal claims-handling practices.
- Uphold and enhance our commitment to superior customer service and communication.
- Spearhead technology adoption and the enhancement of internal processes and workflows.
- Set and achieve production goals, maintain accurate metrics, and deliver on scorecard commitments.
- Facilitate success, remove barriers, and lead organizational changes.
Who You Are:
- You have at least 10 years of relevant experience in the insurance, accounting, or legal field.
- Expertise in interpreting property insurance policies and/or legal contracts.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Empathetic and effective mentor and coach.
- Excellent time management skills and a strong appreciation for structured processes.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and delegate effectively within a team.
- A relatable and respectful leader who can inspire and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in leading strategic changes with proven outcomes.
