As the Geotechnical Manager, you will spearhead all geotechnical operations, inspire and mentor a team of junior engineers, cultivate a dynamic and positive department culture, drive growth initiatives, and ensure the achievement of profitability targets. Responsibilities
- Lead teams in the planning, design and execution of geotechnical investigations
- Drive & implement new technologies and methodologies
- Establish & maintain quality control procedures for all geotechnical projects
- Manage client relations, ensuring excellent service
- Prepare, write, review and sign department reports
Requirements
- 7 years of experience
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college
- Professional Engineer license
- Boring log, Proposal Writing & Reporting experience
