- Support program development: Assist in needs assessments, outcome surveys, and guide staff on grant form completion, contributing to program growth.
- Handle logistics: Oversee the procurement process for equipment and student supplies, track distribution, and assist in preparing materials for key meetings.
- Be a key admin resource: Manage phone inquiries, archive files, and improve database reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate on content: Work with instructors to revise and enhance student manuals and manage the upload of reports and applications to government agencies.
- Take on exciting challenges: Perform other key responsibilities that support the department’s mission.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong administrative and database management skills are essential.
