Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Employment Lawyer at a great Lawfirm in San Diego, CA. The Employment Lawyer will be responsible for handling employment contracts, labor and employment law matters, employment tribunal cases, and labor disputes on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Five years of legal expertise in Law Labor and Employment Law
- Experience in drafting and reviewing Employment Contracts
- Proficiency in handling Employment Tribunal cases
- Knowledge of Labor dispute resolution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Membership in the Bar Association of California
