Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience to join the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in the Tampa office at a highly respected AmLaw 100 firm.

This is a hybrid role, with flexibility for 1-2 days a week of remote work!
REQUIREMENTS:
- FL Bar
- Excellent academic credentials
- 2+ years of experience with government investigations
- 2+ years of experience with complex business litigation in state and federal courts
- Candidates should have experience conducting internal investigations involving corporate compliance with government regulations and federal laws
- 2+ years of experience defending corporate clients facing enforcement actions by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and other U.S. and international regulators, and preparing witnesses for government interviews.
- Experience working for the DOJ or clerking/interning for a U.S. Attorney’s Office is highly preferred
