Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
We are seeking a Restaurant Claims Coordinator to evaluate and manage General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and Auto claims. The candidate will assess claim compensability, advise on investigations, ensure timely incident reporting, manage drug testing compliance, and facilitate employee return-to-work processes. Responsibilities include documenting claims in the carrier database, collaborating with claim adjusters and nurse case managers, gathering evidence, updating OSHA 300 logs, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and insurance carriers. Strong experience in auto claims management and a comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations are essential.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in processing Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, and Auto claims.
- Extensive knowledge of insurance policies related to these areas.
- Strong background in property claims.
