General Overview:
- Firm is seeking candidates with 3+ years of litigation experience to apply for a position representing public agencies, primarily, as part of the firm's Litigation Department.
- The successful candidate will be writing and arguing dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery, and representing cities in municipal code enforcement actions.
- Firm litigators work on some of the most complex and important issues affecting Californians today, including CEQA, municipal code enforcement, water rights, constitutional and civil rights issues, and labor and employment.
- Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, California Bar membership, superior research and writing skills and a commitment to professional excellence.
Salary/Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is up to $195,000 and is dependent upon years' of experience and represents the Firm’s best estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
- Actual compensation offered will depend upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, familiarity with relevant subject matters, litigation skill set, and business origination.
Billable Hours:
Firm offers a reasonable and realistic 1850 billable hours requirement.
