Job Title: Analyst II (Quality Assurance Specialist / Product Quality Coordinator)

Job Description:
- Independently plan, coordinate, and report on product quality programs to support technical decision-making.
- Utilize experiment design and data analysis techniques for quality assurance.
- Generate, prepare, and issue complex data for assigned quality reports.
- Coordinate complaint management activities and customer feedback failure investigations.
- Review, implement, or revise product, project, and program quality activities.
- Recommend appropriate field actions to product regulatory committees.
- Advise QA management on product stop shipment actions when necessary.
- Identify issues for CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) investigations as appropriate.
- Initiate, recommend, and provide training for QA personnel.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a science field.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience, ideally in complaint handling within a regulated environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional subject matter experts for product investigations.
- Ability to calculate and report metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Sense of ownership and accountability for processes.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability to changing processes.
- Strong writing and editing skills for Quality Systems documentation.
