A well established global Manufacturing company is adding to their growing IT team and is looking for a Senior IT Support Analyst. The organization is based in Downers Grove, IL but has 15+ facilities globally that the team supports. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team-based environment with a global support focus.
This is a direct-hire position and is 5 days/week on-site at the company headquarters in Downers Grove, IL.
The ideal person will possess the following skills/experience:
- 3+ years of IT Support experience
- Experience with Microsoft Intune/MDM solutions.
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise-level software.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting nice-to-have.
- Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IP networks.
- Experience using network monitoring tools to trouble shoot LAN and WAN network related problems.
- Experience on Technical Support team as level three support technician fielding support ticket escalation calls.
- Experience in SharePoint Online and Power Automate a plus.
- Provide advanced technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
