Project Managers at Cherry Roofing will be a key component in providing our customers with the best experience in the home improvement industry. Excellent and timely service to our customers is of the utmost importance.
Here are some examples of the actual work your day would include:
- Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish
- Work harmoniously with sales managers and production administrators to meet customer needs
- Identify and mitigate risks to projects, proactively manage and escalate as required
- Oversee and manage crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure projects are completed timely
- Perform install and post-install inspections to uphold company processes and standards
- Work closely with homeowners throughout their project to provide excellent customer service
- Serve as Onsite Project Manager in early days of a greenfield opening
- Review and approve payroll for hourly employees.

- Experience in customer service
