Your Role:
Create Unforgettable Experiences:
- Event Setup & Management: Utilize your hospitality experience to set up and manage retail kiosks and pop-up events across Phoenix.
- Visual Appeal: Design eye-catching displays that draw in crowds and showcase the brands in the best light, just as you would create an inviting atmosphere in a retail setting.
- Interactive Demonstrations: Bring the products to life through engaging demonstrations and interactive experiences.
Connect with Attendees:
- Warm Welcomes: Be the face of the brands, greeting attendees with a smile and making them feel welcome, leveraging your hospitality skills.
- Engaging Interactions: Strike up conversations, build rapport, and listen attentively to their needs.
- Persuasive Communication: Use your charm and charisma to persuade them to try out the products and make a purchase.
Drive Engagement and Success:
- Enhanced Engagement: Use your hospitality skills to enhance event engagement and meet or exceed participation targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features and benefits to effectively communicate with attendees.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-promotion.
Provide Exceptional Service:

- Seamless Experience: Ensure a seamless event experience from start to finish, leaving attendees delighted with their participation.
Collect and Analyze Feedback:
- Attendee Insights: Gather feedback from attendees and share insights with the team to continuously improve the offerings.
- Data Tracking: Keep track of event data and attendee interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
What You'll Bring as an Events Assistant:
