Job Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Management Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing sophisticated financial planning and investment management solutions to high-net-worth clients. As a key team member, you'll build and maintain client relationships, develop comprehensive financial strategies, and execute tailored investment plans to help clients achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate trust-based relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' goals, risk profiles, and financial positions.
- Develop customized wealth management strategies and financial plans for each client.
- Provide expert advice on investment management, asset allocation, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax optimization.
- Implement investment strategies aligned with clients' goals using various investment vehicles.
- Regularly review and adjust client portfolios to ensure alignment with objectives and risk tolerance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with other wealth management professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Engage in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and assets under management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in wealth management or related field, serving high-net-worth clients.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, tax strategies, estate planning, and retirement planning.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Series 7, 65, and/or 66 securities licenses required; CFP certification preferred.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 base salary, with potential for $200,000+ plus uncapped commissions. Additional compensation for bringing a book of business.
