Scope of Work: Device setup and configuration
3 years of technical knowledge of installing, upgrading, and maintaining end
user Apple mobile devices in a complex SW and HW environment preferred
Onsite role in in bay area SJ, Cupertino, Sunnyvale,
The Lead Setup Specialist is expected to have the following
knowledge/abilities (in addition to the abilities of the Setup Specialists)
• Advanced knowledge of Apple’s Mac and mobile device operating
systems and software
• Proficiency in utilization and maintenance of configuration and automation
solutions for iOS/WatchOS setups including:
o Custom device installations and upgrades
o Subsequent configurations including user account, app settings
setup
o Device pairing
• Advanced knowledge of quality control methods, understanding of
problem identification, and resolution analysis
• Ability to analyze recurring technical issues and deploy long-term
strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience writing python scripts
• Experience with Bash/Linux
• Experience with Xcode / app development
