TECHEAD is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Chief of Staff, CISSP who will play a pivotal role in supporting the CISO and the cybersecurity team. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, strategic planning, and coordination of cybersecurity initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:Assist the CISO in developing and implementing the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
- Operational Oversight:Oversee the daily operations of the cybersecurity team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Project Management:Lead and manage cybersecurity projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Policy Development:Develop, review, and update cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Risk Management:Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks, ensuring the protection of the organization’s information assets.
- Stakeholder Communication:Serve as a liaison between the cybersecurity team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Incident Response:Coordinate and manage the response to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Training and Awareness:Develop and implement cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees at all levels.
- Performance Metrics:Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cybersecurity initiatives and operations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.

- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
