We are hiring a Senior QA Engineer for an on-site role in Fairfield County, CT.

Job Role:
- Perform manual and automated software testing, including designing and executing test cases, and maintaining test scripts (e.g., Selenium).
- Conduct API testing and database validation by using tools like Postman and SQL.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team members in developing tests and identifying quality issues.
- Drive process improvement and integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Promote QA standards and mentor junior QA engineers in implementing best practices for testing and automation.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- 5+ years of experience in software QA, including manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in Postman, Selenium with Java, TestNG, Maven, and SQL.
- Experience in BDD, CI/CD pipelines, bug tracking (e.g., JIRA) and test management tools (e.g., TestRail).
