Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the recruitment process, experience in talent acquisition, and a passion for connecting with potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen & Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Assess candidate qualifications and fit with company culture.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, providing guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain relationships with professional networks, colleges, and industry organizations to create a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Perform other HR related duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements:
- This is a 100% onsite position office located in Burbank
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Mandarin speaking is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
