Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyze the existing RHPAM process flow
• Developing automation for migrating RHPAM workflows to ServiceNow
• Creating and managing update sets in ServiceNow
• Create and maintain system design and end user documentation for all process flow in the ServiceNow platform
• Determine problem areas within the existing RHPAM process flow and recommend solutions
• Designing and implementing secure network solutions that meet business requirements.
• Creating and configuring virtualized systems in the AWS environment.
• Performing infrastructure upgrades and updates to maximize system efficiency while minimizing downtime.
• Deploying applications in AWS using EC2 instances and Kubernetes.
• Creating blueprints using CloudFormation templates for common workloads.
• Maintaining, testing and implementing disaster recovery procedures.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA
• Strong analytical skill to analyze data
• Experience in TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management) and TSM (Telecom Service Management) will added advantage
