Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of NJ-specific community association experience
- Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing association documents, including bylaws, covenants, conditions, and other association rules and guidelines
- Advising association boards of directors on governance issues, compliance with state and federal laws, and community best practices
- Enforcing association rules and assisting with the collection of assessments
