We are looking for three IT Support I candidates to assist with their busy season of now through the end of the year on a 3–6-month contract. Day-to-day they will be supporting Level 1 tickets for all users within the building that would consist of troubleshooting applications (PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, O365), running break/fix on their hardware, and assisting with onboarding/offboarding personnel weekly. Additionally, these Support Techs will be helping with an enterprise-wide project that will include running inventory audits/validations of the clinics equipment as well as validating data within ServiceNow.
For these openings we will people who comes with background in IT Support within the healthcare space, ServiceNow, and Oracle PeopleSoft. A big plus would be to expand on candidate's IT cybersecurity software experience; they are using Medigate.
