Position Overview:
As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the creative vision and strategy for all marketing projects within the company. You will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure our branding, marketing, and product designs align with our mission and resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Vision: Develop and communicate a compelling creative vision that aligns with the company's goals and market trends. Develop and organize a database of media for internal use across the family of companies.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple marketing projects from concept through execution, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget requirements. Website maintenance, updates, and search engine optimization.
- Brand Development: Establish and maintain a strong brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and design. Plan and build marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, social posts for corporate or individual regions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to create integrated campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies, incorporating new ideas and techniques into creative strategies.
- Client Engagement: Participate in preparation of materials for use in client meetings and presentations, articulating creative concepts and strategies effectively. Event management at conferences to set up and schedule delivery of components as well as capturing contact information at tradeshows.
- Quality Control: Review and approve final deliverables, ensuring all creative outputs meet company standards and objectives of the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and leadership accomplishments.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and emerging trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
