We have multiple openings for Associate Attorneys, categorized based on seniority levels.
Candidates with 4+ years of experience will be considered Senior Level Attorneys, while those with 2 – 3 years of experience will be classified as Mid-Level Attorneys.
Both levels offer a competitive compensation package, including commission based on performance.

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, particularly with a focus on commercial vehicle accidents. This role requires a passion for advocating for clients' rights, exceptional litigation skills, and the ability to navigate complex legal issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in personal injury cases, focusing primarily on commercial vehicle accidents.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategies.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, from initial case assessment to trial.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties, including insurance companies.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to ensure effective case management.
- Provide clear and timely communication to clients regarding case status, legal options, and next steps.
- Stay up-to-date on developments in personal injury law and related regulations.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Texas OR Georgia.
- 2 - 4+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a preferred focus on commercial vehicle cases.
- Proven track record of handling complex litigation and successful case outcomes.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
