Kane Partners is searching for a Field Service Manager for a growing commercial supply company in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise, mentor, and support a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and adhere to company standards and safety protocols.
· Coordinate and schedule field service activities, ensuring timely and effective response to service requests and emergencies.
· Maintain accurate project documentation and generate regular reports on project status, progress, and performance. Provide updates to senior management as required.
· Ensure that all safety regulations and company policies are followed. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
