Technical Writer

Location: Mooresville, NC (remote)
Duration: 9-month contract
Pay rate: $35-$38/hr
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures, taxonomy, metadata, data, and knowledge standards
- Audit of current state knowledge management content
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and easy to use content
- Utilize HTML coding to create content style and functionality
- Design user experience and develop business requirements to enhance knowledge management
- Identify special techniques to improve content templates, research, and author style guides of knowledge management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of technical writing experience
- Experience using HTML coding for content style
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand highly technical information
