Full Cycle Recruiter – West Coast Talent Hub
Location: San Diego, CA (hybrid)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Full Cycle Recruiter to join our West Coast Talent Hub team. This role primarily focuses on hiring top talent in San Diego, with potential support for other West Coast locations, including Los Angeles and Seattle, and extending to Hawaii if needed. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting and a strong understanding of compliance-heavy processes, particularly those related to government contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Source, screen, and review candidate applications using various channels and tools.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews, gather feedback from interview panels, and ensure a smooth process for both the candidate and the team.
- Extend offers, negotiate terms, and manage the candidate experience through onboarding, including background checks.
- Ensure all recruitment processes are in compliance with U.S. Government contract requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday ATS), MS Outlook, and Excel.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across various business units.
- Process-Oriented: Experience managing recruitment within compliance-heavy frameworks, particularly in the government sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday ATS.
- Previous experience recruiting within a DoD environment.
- Familiarity with recruiting candidates with security clearances.
Educational Requirements:
- A degree is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant experience and skills will be considered.
