Role / Responsibilities:
- Lead a large commercial project valued at $170M, running until Q4 2026.
- Manage scheduling, run subcontractor meetings, handle 3 week look-aheads.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate subcontractors.
- Report directly to the VP who has been with the company over 30 years, leveraging their experience and tenure for project success.
Requirements:
- Experience with correctional facilities jail, or prison projects is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects valued at $100M and above.
- Strong skills in scheduling and managing subcontractors.
- Excellent people management abilities.
