Description:
The HHDDA Contracting Team is seeking a high performing Contractor to help all activities related to Contracting with Customers to purchase Data, within the Contracting & Governance team.
The candidate will be accountable for adjudicating and governing global commercial customer data contracts under the direct oversight of the HHDDA Contracting Leader.
This role involves working closely with the Business, business Analytic Engagement Leads, Data Strategy, Procurement, and various data suppliers.
he role will execute new orders, change orders, manage and maintain HQ Compliance documentation, manage the Fair Market Value (FMV) project creation for Customer Data Contracts, sample data and third-party data sharing agreements and ensure contracts are stored and associated appropriately in the contract lifecycle management system.

Responsibilities:
The position will be under the direct oversight of the HHDDA Contracting Leader
Manage the execution and scope changes for Customer data contracts ensuring contract language aligns with our standards
Manage budget activities such as Purchase Order Requests, building out budget spreadsheets, establishing a methodology for Invoice management, and tracking each Customer.
Build & create guiding practices (draft and refine SOPs and Work Instructions) that document the data contract process, ensure quality, and create scalability in a dynamic and growing business demand setting.
Ensure Compliance throughout the Customer Contact Lifecycle, including but not limited to HQ Documentation (Business Rationale, Intended Use (HQ vs. Field), and FMV Validation through the internal system (AXIA).
Inform the Contract Compliance team of new contract uses, permissions, and restrictions to ensure data controls remain current to enforce contract compliance.
Work to ensure the Oncology Budget is up-to-date and forecasted appropriately for the new year.
Manage a report accountable for HH data purchase order execution, invoice issue escalation and resolution.
