Job Title: Process Operations Specialist

Rate: $18-21/hr W2
Location: Onsite in Draper, UT
Role Overview:
The Processing Specialist will support client operations by managing incoming and outgoing mail, processing member documents, and ensuring accurate data entry into Salesforce and other systems. This role is essential for maintaining efficient communication and documentation workflows.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Complete a 2-week training program with dedicated staff.
- Sort and process all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Scan and route documents through the Document Management System.
- Verify member identities and process requests in Salesforce.
- Handle financial transactions for members and employers.
- Ensure mail for other departments is accurately delivered.
- Maintain accuracy in data entry through cross-referencing.
- Multitask across various systems to manage high-volume workflows.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Work on-site during business hours; overtime may be required.
Must-Haves:
- Experience: 1-2 years in clerical processing or office support.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Soft Skills: Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities; motivated team player.
- Environment: Ability to work in a diverse, high-volume, and sometimes stressful environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in healthcare account administration.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other document management systems.
- Experience with financial transaction processing.
