Description:
This is a 100% Onsite/LAB Based position - Onsite Mon-Friday, business hours.
• Bachelor’s Degree 3+ YOE or MS 1+ YOE and in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, or a related subject area.
• Hands-on experience in cell culture and cell-based assays
• Hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques like RNA extraction, qPCR and/or dPCR
• Hands-on experience Flow cytometry and multi-parametric analysis (5+ colors) experience, ELISA, MSD (preferred)
• Computer literacy, especially proficiency with GraphPad Prism, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Previous drug discovery experience
• Attention to detail, translating into high-quality results and experiments recording.
• Pro-active, enthusiastic and a desire to learn and be part of a highly productive team
Basic Qualifications
1+ Years w/ Relevant MS OR equivalent 3+ Years w/ Relevant BS OR equivalent Complete understanding and use of technical principles, theories, and concepts to perform a wide range of work in a role.
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
-Cell culture (primary cells and cell lines) and aseptic techniques
-ELISA and/or MSD
-cell-based assays
Nice to have: flow cytometry experience
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Execution of typical lab assays (cell culture, cell-based assay) and corresponding data analysis. Support team in execution of in vitro studies in lab.
