Position: Paralegal -Alcohol and Beverage Licensing
Location: Miami (On-Site)
Our client is a law firm seeking a Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years experience in Alcohol and Beverage Licensing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients throughout the process of obtaining licenses and permits, guiding them at each step.
- Gather necessary information, identify issues, and develop strategies to address licensing challenges.
- Clarify specific requirements related to licenses and permits, ensuring applicants understand compliance obligations.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored information based on their applications and supporting materials.
- Conduct evaluations related to the processing of licenses or permits, current practices, and suggested operational changes.
- Share relevant information regarding applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.
- Keep client files and licensing data organized and up to date for various permits.
- Review applications and relevant documents, such as financial statements, to ensure adherence to governing regulations, and prepare cases for presentation to the ABC Board for approval.
- Demonstrate excellent communication abilities, strong analytical skills, and organizational capabilities while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Understand and track time for both billable and non-billable tasks.
- Deliver exceptional client service consistently and uphold high-quality standards.
- Carry out additional related tasks as needed.
