Job Description:
Responsibilities will include preconstruction support with project management, including drawing and spec reviews, contract/submittal reviews as well as additional front end pre planning work. Candidates will also be providing oversight of installation of utilities and internal private utilities; Mass grating, SWIP implementation and inspections. Once the candidate is proficient, the project, in its later stages will move into management of battery backup systems; these are all prepackaged units that will be installed. Candidate will be responsible for providing oversight and inspection of installation including underground wiring, in addition to management of the construction team who will install additional internal utilities, which is likely going to consist of two additional inspectors under this person. This candidate will also be responsible for weekly and daily communication; reporting/communicating with hiring leader and project management. This resource is also responsible for general site safety against SP implementation and maintenance.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience for this role preferred. Also looking for experience with renewable experience with battery backup knowledge. Previous experience with project management, technical knowledge in Construction, communication and coordination skills, leadership and mentorship skills and quality and safety assurance.
