Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute global facility strategies that align with business goals and expansion efforts.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations across offices, plants, and warehouses, ensuring smooth functionality and cost-effectiveness.
- Budget & Cost Management: Control budgets, expenses, and capital investments while optimizing operational processes and energy usage.
- Sustainability & Compliance: Implement eco-friendly practices, maintain compliance with safety regulations, and enforce emergency protocols.
- Space Planning: Collaborate with department heads to assess and optimize workspace layouts and facility expansions.
- Vendor Relations: Manage vendor contracts and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing facilities team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6+ years of leadership experience in facilities management.
- Expertise in facility operations, project management, and vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability practices and regulatory compliance.
- Preferred certifications: CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or PMP (Project Management Professional).
