Myntr is seeking a talented and driven Ecommerce Project Manager with a focus on Shopify to join our team. As the main point of contact for our clients, the Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects. You will work closely with our delivery team to manage project timelines, backlog, sprint planning, and daily stand ups, ensuring that all aspects of the project are running smoothly and on track.
The ideal candidate would have a strong understanding of the Ecommerce industry combining their project management, data-driven and business-minded skillsets. They would be a thought leader, proactively seeking ongoing knowledge and education within the digital space.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison between the client and delivery team to communicate client goals and objectives in the form of actionable tasks and deliverables
- Manage expectations and set priorities with clients and internal team members
- Gather requirements and work with internal teams to establish realistic scope of work for front and back end technical projects
- Estimate and monitor timelines and budgets across various projects at a given time
- Facilitate client, 3rd party and internal meetings including the production of agendas, recaps, and documentation
- Research 3rd party solutions to provide recommendations to clients
- Set up and configure Shopify and other 3rd party applications
- Forecast and allocate resources for current and upcoming project needs
- Produce test scripts and lead quality assurance testing
- Train clients and produce documentation for site management capabilities
- Actively participate in troubleshooting issues and resolving problems
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Ecommerce agency project management experience
- 2+ years of Shopify/Shopify+ experience
- Experience managing and leading design-centric and technical initiatives
- Strong command of budget, risk & change management processes
- Experience managing resource allocation (including overseas teams)
- Experience planning & coordinating with multiple third party vendors
- Strong leadership, communication, and team building skills
- Must be able to quickly learn, understand and apply new technologies
- Detail oriented, self-organizing and highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple work streams & projects
- Experience with project management software such as Jira, Monday, and Notion
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Bonus if you have experience with other Ecommerce platforms such as Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Salesforce, etc or working knowledge of Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta/Google, etc
