Job Title: Lead Mail Coordinator
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Pittsburgh PA 15222
Work schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Responsibilities:
The job is responsible for tasks related to opening, sorting, and delivering incoming and internal mail on a timely basis with extreme accuracy utilizing pre-established guidelines and continuously analyzes processes for improvement. The incumbent may also drive a vehicle to deliver mail and supplies to various locations as needed.
- Will oversee/lead rebadging project
- Ensure everything is working properly and the 2 additional contingent staff are doing their jobs
- Keep the manager informed of progress
- Will work with contingent staff to review new badge photos for compliance, print badges, spot check badges for accuracy, distribute badges, and additional work as needed
- May be required to drive to other locations as needed
- High school diploma/GED
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience
- Previous mail room/clerk experience
- Experience leading/managing others
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be computer literate
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver’s license
