Position: Office Administrator
Location: Denver, CO
A leading oil and gas company is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join their team. This position is primarily responsible for supporting their entire Denver team with administrative and receptionist duties. The ideal candidate must be sharp and have an extremely professional demeanor, a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is an indefinite contract position paying $24-$27/hr depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, answer phones, book conference rooms, stock the office and kitchen with supplies, mail duties, assist with lunch catering, etc.
- Help complete onboarding for new hires and set them up in company system
- Give new hires parkin passes and info for the building
- Work closely with the property management for anything the company needs
- Assist employees with any administrative assistance needed
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Must be a self-starter who takes initiative
- Need someone who can work in fast paced environment
- Must be comfortable being the face of the office
- Must be communicative, friendly, engaging, and detail oriented.
