Role Description
We are partnered with a well-established food manufacturer based Baltimore, MD. The organization has been in business for more than 50 years and is known as a top workplace in the country. The organization is seeking a Senior Packaging Engineer to lead new packaging life cycle development for new and existing products.
Qualifications
- BS Engineering (Packaging, Plastics, Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, etc.)
- 5-10+ years experience in Packaging & Food Industry
- Experience working in a team environment; demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in high pressure, sensitive situations; ability to handle conflict in a professional manner; demonstrated PC skills with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation software and C.A.P.E.
- Cross functional communication across departments internally and with external vendors/suppliers.
