TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our client in Richardson, TX!
As the Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for being the primary contact for clients enrolled in debt settlement programs.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry of client accounts within the CRM, maintaining accurate and complete information
- Provide exceptional communication between clients and employees
- Professionally handle incoming client requests and provide monthly follow-up calls
- Address any and all client needs through phone and/or email communication
- Complete outbound calls and annotate all tasks within the database
- Communicate thorough understanding of company products and consumer debt relief options to clients
- Other duties required to support department operations
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish - REQUIRED
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of call center experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and client service softwares
- Professional email and phone etiquette
- Experience working in a fast-paced and high energy environment
