RDI Technology Partners is an established engineering and technology search firm. We are conducting a HIGH PRIORITY search for an extremely successful and established, commercial landscape construction company in Phoenix. We are searching for an experienced commercial Construction Project Estimator. This is a full time, permanent, direct hire W2 salaried position.
Just a few of the things you will handle in this position are:
- Preparing cost estimates to bid on large commercial landscape, hardscape, public park, and amenity projects.
- Preparing and maintaining bid schedules and track project award hit ratios, relaying information to management.
- Analyzing specifications and technical documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor required to manufacture/install a product or provide a service.
- Managing outsourcing and/or performing, gathering, calculating, and verifying take-off data for use in bid proposal estimates.
