Pay rate: $43.00 - $53.00 per hour
The Sr. Marketing Systems Analyst will support the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and marketing automation systems, driving enhancements, maintenance, and best practices to meet business objectives. As a subject matter expert, you will optimize platform usage, develop and execute marketing programs, and manage data integrity, lead workflows, and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and train on CDP best practices.
- Manage system enhancements and marketing automation tools (Salesforce Data Cloud, Pardot).
- Lead project management efforts for system updates, integrations, and testing.
- Analyze data for insights and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Service) and manage project timelines.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and lead technology projects from start to finish.
Requirements:
- 4-5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
- 3-4+ years of Salesforce Data Cloud CDP and Pardot administration (certifications preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- HTML, CSS, APIs, and Javascript knowledge is a plus.
