Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Benefits
The Account Executive is responsible for completing sales training and establishing new sales within a pre-existing portfolio of accounts as well as new business development. Fosters key business relationships with potential and existing clients. Utilizes existing strategies and solutions to increase sales and meet expectations for profitability and client satisfaction.
- Sells solutions and/or services utilizing existing strategies
- Establishes new sales opportunities within an assigned portfolio of accounts
- Develops effective relationships with key client contacts
- Assists with negotiating new client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments
- Assists with negotiating and securing profitable pricing and pay models
- Builds an understanding of service offerings, industry trends, market activities and competitor strategies
- Assists with implementing service improvements
- Produces sales forecasts and other related reports
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or a related field with a minimum of two (2) year’s of sales experience is required. Previous experience in the engineering solutions or staffing solutions industries is highly desirable.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to adapt to the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Customer Relationship Management Systems and/or related tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
