The Role You’ll Play:
Reporting to our COO, as a Sr. Director of Sales, you will play a critical role in driving our continued growth and success across our product segments. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing, professional sales team, implementing strategic sales plans, exceeding revenue targets, and building strong relationships with our key clients. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the corrugated and folding packaging markets, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a clear vision and mission for the Southern CA Key Account Management team to ensure all members of the organization understand clear, simple objectives and priorities.
- Align corporate strategy to effectively implement sales revenue target. This requires a deep understanding of the strategic direction and strong ability to influence direction.
- Accountable for meeting revenue targets and a member of the City of Industry Sales Leadership team implementing critical initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure and facilitate revenue growth through direct contact with customers and prospects and field teams.
- Provide the vital leadership, support, and mentorship to ensure the Southern CA sales strategy is aligned with business direction and supports the accomplishment of the overall company objectives.

Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Consistent track record (10+ years) in the Corrugated Packaging industry, including knowledge and experience working for a corrugated manufacturer.
- Strong understanding of corrugated packaging, display and folding carton markets, products, and industry trends.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region.

If hired, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education. In addition, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. We typically do not hire at the maximum of the range in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. The expected pay range at the time of hire is $200,000.00 to $240,000.00 per year.
