Job Description:
- This Account Manager will be responsible for renewals and retention of set accounts and the upsell of consulting and advisory services.
- The Account Manager must be relationship focused, experienced in closing, detail-oriented and strategic.
- The Account Manager will be responsible for account strategy, planning and renewals, managing the client lifecycle by developing strong relationships and obtaining renewal and retention targets
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of business development, renewal sales, or account management experience (Or recruitment experience.)
- Experience calling on C-Level executives with an interest in the Information Security, Cyber Security or similar area
- Experience selling or managing accounts within Market Research, Consulting or Advisory Services is a nice to have
Location: This is a Hybrid role, where candidates are expected to report to a Boston-based office 2-3 times per week. Travel 15-30% to events and to clients
