Key Responsibilities:
- Jewelry Sales: Expertly sell fine jewelry and custom-made pieces, providing personalized service to meet each customer's unique needs.
- Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including setting up, closing, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Customer Experience: Collaborate with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience, including following up on leads and meeting customer requirements.
- Transactions: Accurately handle cash, credit card, and other transactions.
- Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of retail experience is required; experience in the jewelry industry and a high-end luxury environment is highly preferred. We are committed to training the right candidate with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
- Skills: Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills. Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Language: Bilingual candidates (Spanish or Tagalog) are highly desirable.
