NetSuite Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the NetSuite platform, ensuring optimal performance and system functionality.
- Configure and customize NetSuite to align with evolving business needs, including creating workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Perform in-depth root-cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related issues for in-house teams.
- Write, manage, and update SuiteScript 2.0 code to enable complex customizations.
- Create, maintain, and optimize Saved Searches, custom reports, and NetSuite scripts to support data reporting and business decision-making.
- Manage user roles and permissions, ensuring compliance with internal access policies.
- Collaborate with various teams to streamline business data flows and integrations across systems.
- Work with EDI protocols and manage EDI integrations to support seamless transactions (experience with EDI is a plus).
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Experience with core business processes such as order management, inventory, billing, accounts receivable (A/R), revenue recognition, and reporting.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript 2.0 with a solid understanding of NetSuite's data model.
- Ability to create and maintain custom configurations and solutions within NetSuite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in diagnosing and resolving system issues.
- Hands-on experience creating and updating Saved Searches and custom reports in NetSuite.
- Knowledge of business data flows and integration methods with third-party platforms.
- Familiarity with EDI protocols/integrations is a bonus but not required.
