Under general supervision. May sort resumes for further action. May do initial phone screening of candidates. Maintains calendars and schedules interviewing appointments. Handles all communications with candidates. Assists Recruiter with advertising, employee referrals, and job fairs. Maintains applicant file system. Frequently reports to a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Lead.
- Day-to-day responsibilities:Schedule virtual interviews using MS Outlook
- Calling candidates to schedule and confirm their interviews
- Creating and maintaining a positive candidate experience
- Attend team meetings as needed
- Will schedule on average 75 interviews per month
Top 3 must-have Critical/HARD skills:
1 year of experience working as a recruiting coordinator, including scheduling candidate interviews
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turn around requests
