Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Kubernetes, backend development, and scalable engineering solutions.

- AI Foundations: Experience designing control and sandboxing systems for AI research.
- ML Frameworks: Familiarity with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Security & Privacy: Experience maintaining or contributing to bug bounty and responsible disclosure programs.
- AI Understanding: A deep understanding of language models and transformers.
- Data Management: Knowledge of vector stores and search algorithms.
- Data Engineering: Experience with large-scale ETL development.
- AI Systems: Proven track record of engineering high-performance, large-scale AI/ML systems.
